Throughout his career at UPS Capital, Dan has held roles including Head of Customer Journey, Head of New Channel Acquisition, and Director of Global Sales Operations and Enablement. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 17-point increase in Net Promoter Score, launched new digital experiences, and cut sales cycle time by 21 days—delivering both top-line and bottom-line results.
