    Previously, Chris served as Commander of U.S. Army Support Activity at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, where he led a 1,000-member multinational team. His leadership was pivotal during the response to Hurricanes Eta and Iota, where he directed recovery efforts to maintain airfield viability for international humanitarian missions. Chris also played a key role in developing the Palmerola International Airport, representing U.S. military interests in creating a vital economic and logistical hub for Central America. Fluent in Spanish, Chris successfully navigated diplomatic and operational complexities, working closely with the U.S. Embassy and Honduran Armed Forces.

    A graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master of Science in Defense Analysis and Central Michigan University with a Master of Science in Administration, Chris further honed his expertise in strategic decision-making and organizational management. He also earned a Master of Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College, deepening his understanding of global military operations and national security strategy.
