Currently serving in the Office of the CEO at Ping Identity, Christina operates as a trusted partner to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, leading Global Business Operations and helping shape the company’s strategic growth trajectory. In this role, she oversees enterprise operating cadence, governance mechanisms, execution frameworks, and AI-driven transformation initiatives designed to support the organization’s ambitious growth plans. Before joining Ping Identity, Christina spent more than four years with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she held executive leadership positions overseeing strategy and operations for large technical organizations and AWS Professional Services. During her tenure, she worked at the forefront of cloud transformation, helping global organizations modernize operations, accelerate digital adoption, and create scalable business models. Her leadership extended beyond operational excellence, serving as an executive sponsor for Women@AWS and Women@ProServe initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to developing future leaders and fostering inclusive organizational cultures.
Prior to AWS, Christina served in multiple Vice President roles at Oracle, where she led global business strategy, analytics, finance, and cloud development initiatives. Her responsibilities spanned some of the company’s most strategically important business units, including cloud development, national security, marketing, technology divisions, and independent software vendor ecosystems. During a period of rapid industry transformation, she helped guide Oracle’s evolution toward cloud-based business models while providing strategic financial leadership and operational oversight across global organizations.
Christina’s extensive financial services experience includes senior executive leadership positions with BB&T, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Goldman Sachs, and Franklin Templeton. At the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Group Strategy and Operations, helping oversee mission-critical initiatives within one of the world’s most influential financial institutions. At Goldman Sachs, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Real Estate, where she managed complex financial portfolios and strategic investments. Earlier in her career, Christina spent more than eight years at Cisco Systems, where she held progressively senior leadership positions across technology, finance, real estate, security, risk management, and enterprise systems. As Vice President of Finance and Global Real Estate, Security, and Risk Management, she led integrated programs that combined physical security, information security, business resilience, and enterprise risk management into a unified strategic capability. Her innovative leadership earned industry recognition and positioned Cisco as a leader in enterprise risk management and operational resilience. During this period, she was recognized among Security Magazine’s Top 25 People in the Security Industry and Treasury & Risk Management Magazine’s Top 100 People in Finance.
