He successfully repositioned the company to drive sales, enhance vendor and customer relationships, and significantly improve EBITDA. His leadership culminated in a successful sale of the company, providing a tremendous exit strategy for the owners and a smooth transition for the new leadership team.

    As CEO and President of Flagler Global Logistics, Chris demonstrated his strategic acumen by overseeing the development of commercial and industrial real estate, logistics operations, and supply chain management. He spearheaded initiatives that connected international farmers to U.S. retailers, signed major logistics service agreements, and developed cutting-edge processes that added significant value to the company’s operations. His ability to build financial metrics, create accountability, and drive operational excellence resulted in millions of dollars in net proceeds and established Flagler as a leader in its field.

    Chris’s earlier career at Southeastern Grocers (formerly Winn-Dixie Stores) further exemplifies his expertise in leading large-scale operations. As Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics, he oversaw a vast network of distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and transportation operations, managing billions of dollars in sales and assets. He played a pivotal role in the company’s post-bankruptcy recovery, implementing supply chain initiatives that reduced costs, improved service levels, and optimized inventory management. His leadership in developing a Chapter 11 bankruptcy exit strategy, negotiating vendor agreements, and reorganizing the management structure was instrumental in the company’s successful turnaround.

At Marriott International Distribution Services, he held multiple executive roles, including Vice President of Southeast Operations & National Accounts, where he drove profitability, managed national accounts, and led the successful rollout of major projects. He also currently sits on an Advisor board for CSG technologies.
