Charles’s role at Lamar Baptist Church as Pastor for Children and Families has spanned 20 years of visionary leadership. He has supervised diverse teams, managed million-dollar budgets, and fostered collaborations with international and local ministries, including Hispanic, Korean, Chinese, Iranian, Burmese, Zo, and Thai communities. Under his guidance, the church launched numerous programs such as Mommy & Me Storytime, Baby Steps for Teen Moms, Worship in Motion Kids (WIMKids), and Battle Stations™ Prayer Ministry, and enhanced the educational and spiritual growth of children and families.
