Currently serving as Director, High Velocity Sales at Aspen Technology, A Division of Emerson, Brian leads initiatives that leverage AI-driven industrial software solutions to optimize asset operations and sustainability efforts in energy and asset-intensive industries. Prior to AspenTech, he was Senior Vice President of Sales at Corva.AI, a pioneering artificial intelligence company in the oil and gas industry. At Corva.AI, Brian spearheaded revenue growth, revamped compensation structures, and successfully aligned sales teams with business objectives, ensuring long-term customer engagements.

Before joining Corva.AI, Brian played a pivotal role at Enverus, a leading SaaS data and analytics company, as Director of Sales, Energy Analytics, Specialized Markets. Under his leadership, annual recurring revenue increased by 43%, as  he successfully restructured customer segmentation strategies, boosting retention and satisfaction scores while achieving  112% of quota year-over-year. His expertise in strategic planning, performance forecasting, and resource allocation made him a key driver of market expansion and revenue acceleration.

Brian’s tenure at Schlumberger, where he held leadership roles over 17 years, showcases his ability to transform sales and marketing strategies in the energy sector. As Sales and Marketing Manager, North America, he led a 120-person sales and technical team, increasing top-line revenue by 38% in just two years. His strategic restructuring of sales teams, account segmentation, and executive sponsorships directly resulted in record-breaking revenue growth across multiple product lines.

As Global Account Manager at Schlumberger’s Software Integrated Solutions division, Brian managed global sales teams and was responsible for closing a $125 million, five-year software and services contract with Hess—the largest of its kind at the time. His negotiations with ExxonMobil secured a $100 million, three-year deal, successfully transitioning them from legacy systems to next-generation technology platforms. His ability to understand complex business challenges and deliver transformative solutions solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in the energy sector.

Beyond energy and software, Brian’s experience at Oracle as a Cloud Platform Representative strengthened his expertise in SaaS, IaaS, and large-scale enterprise solutions.
