    Bill began his career in the food distribution industry in 1973 and became President of Clover Hill Foods, LLC, in 1982, where he honed his leadership and operational management skills. Recognized for his ability to streamline processes and drive growth, he continued his leadership journey as President and COO of Clover Hill Food Products Inc. until 2013, when the company was required to rebrand as Clover Mountain Food Products Inc. He led the company through this transition and remained at the helm until its sale in 2015.

    Throughout his tenure, Bill successfully navigated complex business challenges, including leading Clover Hill Food Products Inc. through a rapid recovery following the devastation of Hurricane Ivan, which submerged the company’s warehouse in six feet of muddy floodwater. His ability to rally employees and implement an effective recovery strategy enabled operations to resume in just 17 days—an achievement that underscored his leadership, resilience, and teamwork. Under his guidance, the company expanded significantly, strengthening its market position and achieving impressive revenue growth until its acquisition.

    In 2015, Bill joined Lipari Foods as Regional Vice President of Sales, as part of the sales agreement, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to lead and optimize sales strategies across the organization. His experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex sales operations proved invaluable in driving business development and strengthening client relationships. During his time with Lipari, he played a pivotal role in sales growth and market expansion.

    Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, Bill transitioned into consulting by founding Virgi Inc. in 2019. As President, he provides sales management consulting services, offering expert guidance to businesses seeking to refine their sales processes, improve leadership capabilities, and implement effective strategic planning. In addition, he serves as a Certified Leverage Sales Coach, where he coaches and mentors executives and sales managers to enhance their leadership and sales performance.
