Building on this success, Armen joined Alltel Information Services, where he managed development and IT operations for core banking systems across Europe. In this role, he was responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, release management, and operational process automation. His ability to implement efficiencies in Application Delivery processes and bridge technical execution with business outcomes became increasingly evident, as he helped clients modernize their banking operations and successfully deliver large-scale system releases.
Armen’s most defining professional chapter has been his 20+ year tenure at FIS (Fidelity National Information Services), where he steadily advanced through a series of leadership roles culminating in his current position as Senior Vice President, Global IT Service Delivery & Production Support. In this capacity, he leads a $30 million global operation, overseeing IT Service Management, Technology Operations, ITSM AI Solutions, DevSecOps, CI/CD platforms, and enterprise Service Delivery. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming FIS’s operational capabilities on a global scale.
Under Armen’s direction, FIS has successfully implemented enterprise-wide ITSM solutions and CI/CD platforms that now support more than 32,000 users. He has been a driving force behind major technology migrations and modernization initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining operational stability. His work in launching AI-driven ITSM solutions has significantly reduced incident volumes, preventing over 12,000 disruptions and enhancing overall service reliability.
