With a strong command of capital markets, underwriting, and operational strategy, Andrew has built a reputation for transforming complex challenges into strategic growth opportunities. At the core of his professional journey lies a relentless drive to find inefficiencies, implement solutions, and deliver value—whether in the form of streamlined construction workflows, portfolio performance optimization, or multimillion-dollar asset development.
Andrew’s career began in construction management, where he led operations at Maggiore Construction, Inc., a full-service general contracting firm in Connecticut. As Vice President, he oversaw all facets of high-end residential and commercial builds, self-performing excavation and carpentry while managing subcontractor coordination and cost control. This hands-on exposure to construction fundamentals laid a solid foundation for his future roles, equipping him with practical knowledge in site logistics, permitting, and architectural specifications that would later support high-stakes real estate development.
His evolution into real estate leadership was marked by progressive roles at HHC Florida and HHC/RHD Holdings, where he directed the development, acquisition, and asset management of luxury residential and hospitality portfolios. Andrew managed over $200 million in real estate projects, including high-rise condominiums, oceanfront townhouses, and a luxury resort collection encompassing a country club, yacht club, and marina. He led capital improvements, repositioned assets, and oversaw stakeholder engagement, consistently increasing revenue and asset value. His ability to blend financial precision with operational insight made him a trusted partner to investors and developers alike.
In his role as Managing Partner of Seagate Realty Group, Andrew merged brokerage acumen with business development, representing buyers and sellers in over $350 million in closed real estate transactions. Specializing in high-net-worth clientele, he spearheaded marketing campaigns, executed sales strategies for new developments, and cultivated exclusive partnerships throughout South Florida. This era of his career highlighted his aptitude for relationship management, market positioning, and white-glove service—a hallmark that extends into all his endeavors.
Andrew’s most transformative leadership role came as COO of Star Development, where he scaled a self-storage portfolio from 12 to 32 assets, growing the portfolio’s valuation from $75M to $250M. He introduced comprehensive underwriting protocols, implemented data-driven investment models, and secured institutional debt and equity financing to elevate the portfolio’s internal rate of return. By integrating analytics platforms and modern financial systems, Andrew enhanced transparency and decision-making, demonstrating a modern leadership style grounded in accountability and innovation.
Currently, Andrew serves as General Partner in the development of Old Town Square, a 283-unit mid-rise apartment community in Pompano Beach, FL. Overseeing everything from land acquisition to stabilization, he has led negotiations on GMP construction contracts, managed compliance with regulatory bodies, and fostered seamless coordination among architects, engineers, and contractors. His leadership ensures that projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with investor expectations—an attribute that underscores his operational excellence.

His basic Spanish fluency supports his cross-border interactions, while his roles across both boutique and institutional environments have sharpened his ability to adapt to a wide range of business contexts. In addition to his professional commitments, he is a Florida Real Estate Broker and former board member for behavioral health initiatives, further reflecting his dedication to community and long-term impact.
