“Make health data useful to empower people to achieve their healthcare
    goals.”

Amos Adler is a pioneering force in digital health, whose career spans over two decades of leadership, innovation, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. As the Founder, President, and CEO of MEMOTEXT Corporation, and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A4i Inc.—a groundbreaking joint venture with Canada’s Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)—Adler has consistently brought transformative ideas to life, all while staying anchored in his mission: to empower patients through the meaningful use of health data.

Amos’ work lives at the intersection of evidence-based medicine, empathetic user design, and adaptive technology. At MEMOTEXT, he has led the development of dozens of digital therapeutic programs, focusing on behavior change, medication adherence, and patient engagement through data science and machine learning. His dedication has helped shift the healthcare paradigm toward one that not only treats but actively supports and engages individuals throughout their care journeys. A seasoned operator in this dynamic space for over 10 years—an eternity in digital health terms—Amos brings both strategic clarity and operational grit to his ventures.

A4i Inc., perhaps one of his most socially impactful undertakings, reflects Adler’s commitment to mental health. The smart communications platform developed through A4i supports individuals with schizophrenia by using artificial intelligence to learn and personalize interventions that reduce social isolation and facilitate recovery. This innovative project stands as a testament to Amos’ rare ability to merge cutting-edge technology with deep human insight.

Amos also lends his strategic expertise to The Stem, a global consulting firm focused on customer strategy and digital innovation for health brands. As a Consulting Data Strategist, he contributes to large-scale transformations in health experience design and operational delivery for top-tier clients.

Beyond the health sector, Adler is the President of the Adler Group of Companies, overseeing more than two decades of successful real estate development across residential and commercial projects in the Greater Toronto Area. His portfolio includes 200,000+ square feet of commercial property and more than 300 residential units, representing over $15 million in assets under management.

Earlier in his career, Amos held several key roles at Bell Canada Inc., where he contributed to projects in business systems analysis, CRM architecture, and speech recognition integrations—experiences that laid a technical foundation for his later entrepreneurial ventures.

Holding a Master of Science in Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and a BA (Honours) in Political Science and Computer Science from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario, Amos combines technical sophistication with a global, human-centered perspective.

A frequent contributor to research in health communications and digital therapeutics, Amos is also a published author in peer-reviewed journals, with studies exploring mobile interventions for ADHD, adherence in cardiovascular and diabetic populations, and schizophrenia-spectrum engagement tools.

Whether developing scalable healthcare platforms or leading multi-million-dollar real estate ventures, Amos Adler remains grounded in a philosophy handed down from his father: “If you automate yourself out of a job, you’ll always have one.” That ethos has inspired a career centered around building systems that integrate people, processes, and technologies in ways that elevate both performance and purpose. His board experience and leadership across diverse sectors further reflect a track record of impact, insight, and integrity.
