Ajay’s work in India, beginning in the early 1990s, places him among the early pioneers of the Indian IT outsourcing revolution. As Vice Chairman and Managing Director of PSI Data Systems Limited, he architected a successful turnaround that evolved the company from a manufacturing R&D house to a global software and services leader with a strong footprint in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. At ORG Informatics, he served as Vice Chairman, President, and CEO, where he led more than 500 professionals in reimagining India’s IT sector through advanced GIS systems and integrated banking, telecom, and insurance solutions.
