As the Principal of GK Denos Consulting and former General Manager of the Provo River Water Users Association, he has successfully managed large-scale water systems, optimized multi-million-dollar budgets, and guided organizations through complex water management challenges. With advanced degrees in civil and environmental engineering, irrigation engineering, and finance, Keith combines technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver sustainable and fiscally responsible solutions.
