With over 25 years of experience in strategy development and consulting, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 100 global organizations, including Air Canada, CIBC, and Rolls-Royce, to navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Strateco Partners, I’ve built a career that spans senior management roles at Exxon/Imperial Oil and leading consulting firms like Yellow Kite Strategy and Bluemark Management Consulting. My work is deeply rooted in strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness, and I’m also passionate about community service, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the Bayview Glen Board and contributing to the Canadian Youth Business Foundation and the Make A Wish Foundation.
