After more than 25 years working alongside founders, executive teams, investors, and boards, I’m excited to focus the next phase of my career on board service and helping growing organizations navigate the opportunities and complexities of scale. My experience as a CFO and board member across SaaS and high-growth technology has given me the opportunity to lead through capital raises, M&A, operational transformation, IPO preparation, governance, audit, and compensation matters.
