With a foundation of disciplined leadership and a deep commitment to public service, Chase has built a reputation for integrity, strategic foresight, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Deputy Superintendent of Business and Finance for Southlake Carroll ISD, he oversees financial operations for one of Texas’s highest-performing school districts. His previous roles include Director of Finance at Highland Park ISD and senior auditing positions at the City of Dallas and Dallas ISD. Armed with an M.S. in Technology Commercialization from UT Austin and an accounting degree from Emory University, Chase blends technical expertise with values-driven leadership to deliver measurable impact and inspire trust in every role he undertakes.

Vivian M. Brady-Jones, C.P.A., is a seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience leading financial operations across international non-profits, healthcare, and corporate finance sectors. As Global Financial Controller at PACT, Inc., she managed a $250 million budget, overseeing operations in more than 20 countries and implementing strategic financial initiatives that enhanced global efficiency. Her prior roles include Vice President of Finance & Operations at DKMS Delete Blood Cancer and Chief Financial Officer at Innovations for Poverty Action, where she led significant financial transformations. Vivian holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University, an M.A. in Economic Development from Boston University, and a B.A. in Economics from St. Joseph's University. She is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the board of Friends of Hallahan, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and community service.

Rick Hinds is a distinguished financial leader with nearly four decades of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UC Health, Greater Cincinnati’s academic health system. Since joining UC Health and its predecessor organizations over 30 years ago, Rick has played a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the institution. His tenure as CFO, which began in 2008, is marked by significant achievements, including a remarkable turnaround that improved the system's margins by $280 million. His deep understanding of both healthcare delivery and private insurance has positioned him as a vital asset to the organization, especially during critical transitions such as the shift from the Health Alliance to UC Health. A lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Rick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a certified public accountant.
