David Leblanc is a seasoned aviation executive and strategic investor with over 25 years of leadership across engine leasing, aerospace MRO, and aviation finance. As a Partner at Jet Capital Advisors and a board member of key aerospace manufacturers supporting Boeing and major defense contractors, he brings deep industry insight and operational expertise to every role. His experience spans C-suite positions and successful exits, including the leadership of Avioserv and Aergen Aviation, where he managed large-scale engine portfolios and led securitization efforts. With a strong foundation in finance from Yale and a career marked by innovation and results, David continues to shape the future of aerospace through investment, advisory, and board leadership.

Michael Costa is a seasoned aerospace engineer whose career spans over three decades of groundbreaking contributions to the U.S. Government, military, and leading aerospace organizations. Currently serving as an Industrial Engineer III at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Michael supports critical programs such as AWACS, Apache, F-15, and KC-46 Tanker, as well as Boeing's commercial ventures like the 777X. His expertise extends beyond aerospace, encompassing information technology, data analytics, AI/ML, and advanced manufacturing. Michael’s innovative leadership has driven cost-saving initiatives, enhanced production systems, and enabled technological breakthroughs. Recognized for his versatility, he has contributed to diverse fields including precision medicine, health informatics, and space systems engineering. As a forward-thinking problem solver, Michael's commitment to innovation and collaboration continues to shape the future of aerospace and beyond.

I've had the privilege of leading critical programs like the KC-46 Tanker Program and developing innovative tools such as the Engine Rotor Stacking and Balance System (ESRBS). My career has been driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for mentoring and problem-solving in high-stakes environments.
