I'm a professor of Public Leadership and Director of the Urban SERCH Institute at the University of North Texas at Dallas, where I focus on collaborative governance, public policy, and community resilience. With a Ph.D. in Public Administration and ongoing studies in global health at Yale, my work bridges academia and practice to drive impact in underserved communities. I’m passionate about empowering future leaders, building cross-sector partnerships, and advancing equity through research, teaching, and public service.

After more than 30 years immersed in the world of cell and gene therapy, I've had the privilege to lead, innovate, and mentor across academic, clinical, and industry landscapes. Raymond Chang is a seasoned Translational Imaging Scientist with over two decades of experience spanning pharmaceutical research, contract research organizations, and academic discovery. Renowned for his expertise in advanced imaging modalities such as PET, SPECT, and CT, Chang has contributed significantly to the development of preclinical disease models and innovative therapeutics. His career highlights include leading the enterprise implementation of multimodality bioinformatics systems, developing cutting-edge imaging tools, and managing GLP and Non-GLP studies that bridge preclinical and clinical research. A dedicated leader and collaborator, Chang excels in regulatory compliance, experimental design, and fostering partnerships, making him a pivotal figure in advancing personalized medicine and imaging science.

Dr. James Giordano is a globally recognized leader in neuroscience, bioethics, and strategic policy, with over four decades of experience spanning academia, government, and private consulting. As the Executive Director of the Institute for Biodefense Research and a Senior Research Fellow at the U.S. Naval War College, he provides critical insights into neurotechnology, cognitive warfare, and biosecurity. A distinguished professor at Georgetown University Medical Center, Dr. Giordano has pioneered ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in medicine and national security. With nearly 30 years of experience in educational leadership, Dr. Corey S. Weiss has dedicated his career to fostering innovation and excellence in diverse learning environments. As the Principal of the Juneau Community Charter School and HomeBRIDGE in Alaska, Dr. Weiss is recognized for his expertise in curriculum development, organizational management, and transformational leadership. A holder of a Doctorate in Transformative Leadership from Concordia University-Portland, along with multiple advanced degrees and certifications, he combines deep knowledge with a strategic vision to drive systemic improvements and inspire collaboration.
