Serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Oak Companies, he gained firsthand experience managing business operations, financial performance, project execution, and organizational growth. During this period, he successfully improved profitability, enhanced operational efficiencies, and strengthened business development initiatives.
