Beyond her professional roles at Lumina, Susan has been an influential voice in the philanthropic community. She has served on the boards of Grantmakers for Education, Indiana Blacks in Philanthropy, and Higher Education Resource Services (HERS). Currently, she contributes her expertise as a board member of ABFE: A Philanthropic Partnership for Black Communities, as well as serving on the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance Education Committee.
