Under his leadership, Bosch established an ambitious roadmap designed to expand annual revenue from more than €1 billion to over €2 billion while strengthening its position in software-defined vehicles, intelligent cockpit systems, advanced driver assistance as well as autonomouse driving technologies, and connected mobility solutions. His leadership enabled Bosch to maintain its position as one of the world’s premier automotive technology suppliers during a period of unprecedented industry transformation.

Earlier in his career, Stefan held several increasingly significant leadership positions supporting Bosch’s largest global automotive customers. As Global Key Account Manager for General Motors, he directed worldwide sales, engineering, and project management organizations consisting of more than 200 professionals located throughout North America, Europe, India, and China. He managed annual business exceeding $500 million while securing more than $2 billion in new business acquisitions over a four-year period. His ability to manage complex negotiations, lead multinational teams, and develop long-term customer relationships established him as one of Bosch’s most trusted commercial executives.

Stefan’s leadership journey began in Germany, where he served as Global Key Account Manager for BMW before leading strategic programs supporting Toyota and Hyundai. During these assignments, he successfully managed significant European business portfolios, introduced innovative portfolio management processes, streamlined global sales operations, and implemented lifecycle management initiatives that improved operational efficiency while enhancing customer satisfaction.
