Currently serving as the Senior Director of Access Experience at Precision AQ, Sejal has played an instrumental role since 2014 in advising top-tier pharmaceutical companies on how to navigate the evolving payer landscape. She leads efforts in strategic planning, segment strategy, and brand business planning, helping clients position therapies for success in an increasingly complex and outcomes-driven market. Her work includes developing actionable access strategies, facilitating brand adoption and growth, and supporting product launches across a wide spectrum of therapeutic categories including oncology, cardiovascular disease, respiratory, diabetes, and women’s health.

Prior to her current role, Sejal held a pivotal position as Strategic Account Director at CVS Caremark Corporation from 1998 to 2014. There, she led a high-performing clinical sales team, driving payer strategy across Commercial, Medicare Part D, Exchange, and Medicaid markets. She oversaw clinical operations supporting over $10 billion in revenue for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and created scalable models for pharmacist and provider engagement. Her team was also responsible for the design and implementation of customized clinical programs, utilization management initiatives, and advanced data analytics and reporting solutions that helped clients optimize outcomes and control healthcare costs.

Sejal’s early career as Clinical Director at Advance Paradigm laid the foundation for her deep expertise in clinical services, healthcare operations, and customer success. Her background includes significant work aligning pharmacy and medical benefits, integrating value-based care models, and managing both downstream contracting and upstream sales enablement initiatives. Throughout her career, Sejal has been at the forefront of developing innovative models that support healthcare reform, hospital discharge processes, and accountable care organization (ACO) alignment.

In addition to her corporate contributions, Sejal is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.
