    Sean Carney is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in operations and service delivery. As the Executive Vice President at Everise, Sean has demonstrated exceptional leadership in directing the strategic growth and performance of the company’s global delivery centers, which span across Asia, Ireland, Guatemala, and Colombia. Under his guidance, Everise’s operations have thrived, supported by over 12,000 employees and partners. His tenure at Everise, from June 2022 to July 2023, saw significant advancements in quality management, strategic planning, customer experience transformation, and operational excellence.

    Before his role as Executive Vice President, Sean served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Everise from February 2021 to August 2022. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving performance and delivery across the United States, Guatemala, and Ireland. His robust experience in quality management, performance management, and customer relationship management ensured the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Sean’s extensive career also includes a significant tenure at Concentrix (formerly Convergys), where he held multiple leadership roles. From October 2016 to February 2021, he served as Vice President of Operations and Program Management, overseeing operations and delivery across multiple regions in North America. He was pivotal in managing performance, driving customer experience transformation, and ensuring global delivery excellence. Prior to this, as Vice President of Operations at Convergys from November 2012 to October 2016, Sean led operations for seven centers in the Philippines, focusing on operational excellence, strategic planning, and talent management.

    Sean’s journey at Convergys began in June 1996, where he held various roles in training, operations, quality, and program management over 15 years. His progression from an employee to a Senior Director and eventually Vice President underscores his dedication and ability to drive success at every level. His roles included managing client relationships, heading site operations, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

    Educationally, Sean holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the College of Business, obtained between 1992 and 1996. He also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General, from Eastern Oklahoma State College from 1990 to 1992.
