Overseeing a $2.5 billion medical spend, he architected and executed a value-based care strategy that partnered with payers and technology enablement firms to improve outcomes while establishing scalable infrastructures for population health. He led the creation of a 150+ member interdisciplinary team—including nurses, pharmacists, analysts, and IT professionals—to implement care model innovations such as home care programs, transitions of care, and post-acute coordination. Prior to Endeavor, Scott spent more than a decade at Advocate Health, where he held the role of vice president, managing over $4 billion in medical spend across Illinois and Wisconsin.
