Currently serving as Executive Sales Leader for National Accounts at Labcorp Corporation of America, Sarah oversees a $700 million+ portfolio focused on strategic partnerships with top-tier value-based care organizations and large provider systems. In this role, she leads cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable care coordination programs aligned with CMS initiatives such as ACO REACH and MSSP. Sarah’s expertise includes negotiating complex agreements that drive shared savings and improved clinical outcomes, as well as positioning diagnostic and digital health solutions within integrated care delivery models.

Prior to joining Labcorp, Sarah was Vice President of National Accounts at Philips Ambulatory Diagnostics and Monitoring, where she managed a national team of 37 professionals responsible for payor, delivery system, and integrated delivery network (IDN) partnerships. She successfully executed more than 90 new contracts annually, grew revenue through strategic payor negotiations, and led the commercial launch of remote patient monitoring and telehealth services as a Wellbridge Health board member. Sarah’s leadership contributed to expanding Philips’ footprint in government and managed care markets, with a strong focus on outcome-based care models targeting length of stay reduction, readmissions, and system leakage.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held leadership roles at Roche Diagnostics and Medline Industries, where she directed national sales and marketing teams, managed multimillion-dollar government outpatient business lines, and led international sales efforts across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. She consistently exceeded revenue targets and launched innovative medical devices and diagnostic platforms, demonstrating strong capabilities in channel management, reimbursement strategy, and competitive positioning.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Aurora University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. She is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, enabling effective engagement in diverse markets.
