As President of Pediatrix, he launched and executed the “Pillars of Success” framework focused on quality, experience, stewardship, and growth—leading to substantial financial gains and organizational clarity. His tenure included delivering over $2B in net revenue and $500M in operating income while increasing the rate of organic growth and improving operational efficiency.
Dr. Hinson’s earlier experience includes COO of Mednax’s National Medical Group, where he oversaw daily operations for over 700 facilities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
