At Kinwell, he has spearheaded the rapid expansion of an advanced primary care model, achieving more than 70% year-over-year growth and national recognition for delivering high-value, patient-centered services. Prior to his role at Kinwell, Dr. Hinson held multiple executive leadership roles at Pediatrix Medical Group (formerly Mednax Services, Inc.), a $1.92B publicly traded healthcare company and the nation’s largest provider of maternal and pediatric specialty services. As President of Pediatrix, he launched and executed the “Pillars of Success” framework focused on quality, experience, stewardship, and growth—leading to substantial financial gains and organizational clarity. His tenure included delivering over $2B in net revenue and $500M in operating income while increasing the rate of organic growth and improving operational efficiency.
Dr. Hinson’s earlier experience includes COO of Mednax’s National Medical Group, where he oversaw daily operations for over 700 facilities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. His ability to manage complex, large-scale medical networks and integrate services across diverse clinical areas underscores his operational depth and leadership acumen.
