    Robert “Knob” Moses: Driving Excellence Through Strategic Vision and Operational Precision.

    Robert “Knob” Moses is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning both the public and private sectors. With a wealth of experience in business development, defense acquisition, and program management, Knob has held pivotal roles, including former Deloitte Executive, President of iRobot Corporation, and US Navy Captain. As a recognized acquisition professional, he has been awarded the prestigious David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award in the Department of Defense (DoD).

    During his 12-year tenure at Deloitte, Knob spent seven years in client delivery and five years in business development. As the Client Relationship Executive for the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) account, he was instrumental in growing the account from $70M to $300M in five years, making it Deloitte’s 8th largest account. Knob also held the position of Specialist Leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he advised clients on acquisition and contracting strategies, published notable articles, and spoke at industry events.

    At iRobot Corporation, Knob transformed the Government and Industrial Division from a small garage operation into a publicly traded company with a market capital of $2 billion. He introduced seven new unmanned vehicles and successfully led the acquisition and integration of an unmanned underwater company. As President, he directed a diverse workforce of 380 employees across multiple locations, overseeing engineering, logistics, finance, sales, marketing, and contracts.

    Knob’s naval career is equally impressive. As a career naval Supply Corps Officer, he held key positions including Director of Contracts at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where he managed contracts worth $14 billion annually and contributed to shaping the NAVAIR brand. He also served as Director of Reengineering and eBusiness Management for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, and as Business Financial and Operations Manager for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program Office. His earlier roles included Executive Officer at the Naval Regional Contracting Center in Naples, Italy, and Business Financial Management/Contracting Intern for the F-18 Program Office.

    Knob’s educational background includes an MS in Management, Acquisition and Contracts from the Naval Post Graduate School, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. He holds numerous certifications, including DAWIA Level III in Program Management and Contracts, and has completed the Executive Program at Carnegie Mellon University.
