As the Senior Director of EHR & Clinical Informatics, Mischa brings deep expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, including Epic and Cerner. Her leadership spans the full continuum of digital health strategy—from identifying performance gaps and aligning system requirements, to optimizing clinical content and training end-users for long-term adoption. She was also honored with the Minnesota Hospital Association’s Quality and Patient Safety Award for her leadership of a system-wide sepsis initiative that resulted in a substantial reduction in both mortality rates and care costs.

In addition to her operational impact, Mischa has contributed to healthcare scholarship, with her work on reducing surgical site infections featured in a professional poster presentation at the Virginia Henderson Library. A passionate advocate for clinical data innovation, she is a contributor to the Nursing Knowledge Big Data Initiative at the University of Minnesota and has served as Chair of the Minnesota Chapter of HIMSS, advancing the strategic use of health information systems statewide.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University, as well as an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Anoka-Ramsey Community College. While she is not currently serving on a board, her previous advisory experience with HIMSS and her ongoing involvement in health IT leadership make her exceptionally well-positioned for future board roles.
