At Lands’ End, Inc., she worked for 14 years and served as CEO for the last two years there, during that time the company rose from 650M to 2B. She guided the company through strategic expansions and operational efficiencies that enhanced Sears’ apparel business.

    Mindy Meads holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and has been actively involved in various Board of Director roles, including Chairman of the Board of SVCI (where she is still an advisor to them).
