    Mike Sweeney is a seasoned veteran of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, boasting over 26 years of experience with leading companies such as Gillette, P&G, Red Bull, Pfizer, Mars Chocolate, Dean Foods, and BANG Energy. His expertise spans across diverse categories including food, beverage, OTC, HBA, and General Merchandise. At BANG Energy, Mike played a pivotal role in negotiating and executing the Pepsi Beverage Distribution agreement, orchestrating one of the largest distribution transitions in US Beverage Market history. Under his leadership, BANG’s revenue surged from $300M to $850M, achieving a 9.8% market share.

    Following his success at BANG, Mike ventured into advising and supporting emerging brands in various sectors including alcohol, functional beverages, and functional snacks. His extensive portfolio covers organic juice, dairy, sports drinks, coconut water, and shot categories. Mike’s expertise extends beyond beverages into categories like HBA, OTC, General Merchandise, and AI Technology, where he has held roles in General Management, Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy.

    Mike serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Advisory Officer for Key Account Collective, a boutique sales and distribution agency, catering to brands in the beverage industry.  He also serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for PSR Brands, a part of the Gamma Holdings family office.  Mike serves on the board of directors in addition to spearheading growth and strategic partnership initiatives across multiple businesses.
