Before joining Infor, Michele founded Triggerfish Consulting, where she provided strategic ERP consulting, technical project management, and IT workforce placement services. At LCS Technologies, she played a pivotal role as Delivery Manager and PeopleSoft Strategist, managing key accounts including CalPERS, Kings County, and the University of Minnesota. Her prior leadership roles at Experis, Sierra-Cedar, and Oracle further highlight her capabilities in growing ERP practices from the ground up, scaling consultant teams, and surpassing multimillion-dollar sales goals—generating over $12M in revenue and securing long-term client relationships across North America and Latin America.

Earlier in her career, Michele served as HRMS Manager and Project Manager at the University of Minnesota, where she led two major HRMS system upgrades and successfully transitioned the university from paper-based systems to fully digital HR and benefits processes—improving service delivery for 30,000+ employees.
