Matthew’s journey began with a passion for mechanical design and innovation. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana University Purdue University and supplementing his education with an Associate of Arts in Business from St. Petersburg College, he immersed himself in engineering leadership roles. As Engineering Manager at Anderson Tool & Engineering, Matthew spearheaded the design and delivery of custom automation equipment, honing his skills in project oversight and team coordination. At Weldun International, he evolved into a program manager, successfully balancing simultaneous client demands and internal engineering projects. These experiences not only deepened his mechanical and process knowledge but also introduced him to the intricacies of customer communication, vendor management, and production logistics.

One of Matthew’s most defining career moments came in 2000 when he founded Integrity Design, a mechanical engineering services company built from the ground up. Under his stewardship as President and CEO, the company grew rapidly, expanding to a 12-person team and nearly doubling revenue within six years. This experience solidified his leadership philosophy: combining strategic foresight with operational pragmatism to drive results.

When Matthew transitioned to Miller’s Feeding Solutions in 2008, he brought not only technical and executive expertise but also a refined vision for process improvement and sustainable business growth. Starting as Operations Manager, he quickly began optimizing internal workflows and aligning production strategies with client demands.
