At Medica, she directed client services for a commercial book of business with 600,000 members, achieving 92% employer retention and 10% membership growth.

    Her career includes notable achievements at Honeywell, where she led call centers in India, Brazil, Mexico and Canada and , Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, where she opened adoption services in the Marshall Islands.
