Lynn D. Most recently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Biologics at Bristol Myers Squibb, Lynn leads a team of over 175 professionals responsible for the end-to-end supply of sterile and biologic products generating more than $20 billion in annual revenue. Her leadership ensures seamless alignment across oncology, immunology, and cardiovascular portfolios, encompassing more than 600 SKUs across internal and external networks. Under her stewardship, the organization has accelerated product launches such as QVANTIG and REBLOZYL, exited product allocations, and implemented groundbreaking digital supply planning tools like SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis Maestro. Lynn is also a key executive voice on the Bio OpU and Supply Chain Leadership teams, driving long-term strategy, digital transformation, and public policy engagement.
Prior to BMS, Lynn held multiple executive roles at Merck, where she shaped the strategic direction of its $3.5B global vaccines portfolio as Global Vaccines Value Chain Leader. Her impact spanned lifecycle design, public-private partnerships, and vaccine access strategies, including the market rollout of ERVEBO and ROTATEQ and Merck’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lynn was also the enterprise-wide Strategy & Operations Lead to the EVP of Policy & Strategic Communications, where she spearheaded Merck’s Policy Academy and led external engagement across pricing, IP, ESG, and health equity.
Lynn’s global lens is rooted in her diverse experiences across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. She served as Merck’s Regional Policy Director for Asia Pacific, where she influenced policy outcomes on IP, trade, and access in complex markets such as India, Vietnam, and Malaysia. She led innovative affordability pilots in Indonesia and shaped regional oncology access initiatives.
