    Joseph M. He Managed a global team of 600 people across 65 locations in 24 countries, Joseph has adeptly handled a $200 million expense budget. He has been instrumental in transitioning the department to product-based offerings, realigning technology applications to Software as a Service, and managing significant relationships, such as a $100 million engagement with couriers.

    Before his tenure at JP Morgan Chase, Joseph served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from 2009 to 2011. There, he led the outsourcing of the Smith Barney in-house statement/proxy processing facility to Broadridge Financial Services, resulting in significant annual real estate savings. His role in integrating the creative services, branch distribution, and regional check printing during the Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley merger was pivotal in creating a unified operation.

    Joseph’s extensive career also includes senior roles at Citigroup Inc., where he led a team of 850 in managing global business services and transactional print for Corporate and Investment Banking and Smith Barney, overseeing a $190 million budget. His leadership through multiple mergers and acquisitions and global re-branding efforts showcased his strategic thinking and operational excellence. At Pitney Bowes Management Services Inc., as VP/General Manager of NYC Operations, Joseph turned around the metro NYC operation, significantly increasing revenue and reducing expenses.

    Further, Joseph was an equity member of the LBO team that took Pandick Technologies Inc. private, reorganizing the unit with a focus on sales and operations, which led to a dramatic revenue increase from $5 million to $80 million with positive net income. At Mohawk Data Sciences Corporation (MDS), he managed the day-to-day cash flow and restructured $180 million of short-term bank debt as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.

    Joseph began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant, having graduated from Seton Hall University.
