His career spans across multiple regions, including Latin America and North America, where he has led some of the world’s most recognizable brands while championing sustainability and a regenerative economy.

    John’s journey began in the corporate world helping large companies market more natural and sustainable products. However, his passion for creating lasting change led him to pivot towards regenerative entrepreneurship. Today, he is the Co-Founder of All1.eco, a groundbreaking digital platform designed to facilitate collaborative funding and community engagement for ecosystem regeneration. The platform’s inaugural project focuses on the Amazon Rainforest ecosystem restoration by supporting regenerative ventures through multi-stakeholder bioeconomy initiatives. As the Co-Founder, John is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy, and operations, as well as building strategic partnerships with organizations such as Conservation International and the Amazon Investor Coalition.

    Prior to his work at All1.eco, John served as the Chief Executive Officer of PlantPlus Foods, a plant-based food joint-venture between ADM and Marfrig that achieved impressive expansion during his tenure. Under his leadership, the company scaled from a startup to a multinational company with $30 million in gross revenue and a 30% gross margin, operating manufacturing facilities across the United States, Canada, and Brazil. John’s strategic vision for PlantPlus Foods expanded the company’s product portfolio beyond meat alternatives, introducing plant-forward superfoods and ready-to-eat nutrition-dense meals. His work in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) led to the successful integration of Sol Cuisine and Hillary’s, strengthening the company’s position in the market as a leading brand in the plant-based food sector. John also played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, raising employee engagement to 94%, and positioning it as an organization driven by purpose and a growth mindset.

    Before his entrepreneurial ventures, John worked at The Coca-Cola Company for over two decades in various senior leadership roles. As the Vice President of Active Hydration at Coca-Cola North America, he led the $1 billion Active Hydration portfolio, including iconic brands like Powerade, Vitaminwater and Zico. His work in innovation and product development resulted in the successful reformulation of Vitaminwater to offer enhanced health benefits, as well as, the launch of Powerade Power Water & Ultra. Additionally, John’s leadership in strategic planning and cross-functional team management helped drive double-digit profit growth and optimize the company’s product portfolio. Earlier in his career, as the VP of Marketing at Coca-Cola Latin Center and VP of Strategic Planning & Innovation at Coca-Cola Brazil, John grew beverage portfolios to over $1 billion in revenue and led key initiatives in sustainability, such as the Dasani sustainability platform in Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, and the Caribbean.

    John’s diverse experience spans several roles, including Marketing Director for New Beverages at Coca-Cola Brazil, Brand Director for Sparkling Flavors at Coca-Cola Brazil, and Brand Manager for Fanta and Coca-Cola in Mexico, where he successfully led the introduction of new beverages and established innovative marketing strategies across different Latin American markets.

    A graduate of the University of Miami, where he earned a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Management and Communications, John’s commitment to continuous learning has led him to complete certifications in Investment for a Regenerative Economy with the Capital Institute, Regenerative Systems Foundations with RegenIntel, Advanced Management & Strategic Planning at ITAM, and Consumer Marketing Strategy at Kellogg School of Management.

    Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, John has a global mindset and a deep understanding of international markets. He has worked across multiple regions, including Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, South America, United States and Canada, and has held various leadership roles across the Americas. He is also an active member of the American Marketing Association, Naturally Network and the Plant-Based Foods Association, where he continues to promote the growth of sustainable and innovative businesses.
