Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations at Straumann Group, James is dedicated to building the most customer-centric oral healthcare company in the world. Since February 2022, he has led efforts to enhance customer experiences for dentists, oral surgeons, and dental laboratories while overseeing critical functions such as customer service, digital solutions, supply chain, project management, distribution, regulatory and shared services.
James’s extensive global experience is marked by a proven track record of delivering organization-wide transformations. He specializes in developing data-driven capabilities that focus on business outcomes. Before joining Straumann, James held senior leadership roles at ZAGENO Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he successfully drove revenue growth through building strong customer relationships and high performing teams.
With an educational background that includes a BS in Computer Science from Valparaiso University and an MBA in Management Technology from The University of Connecticut, James combines technical expertise with strategic vision.
