Most recently serving as Vice President of Risk Management at USAble Life, James demonstrated exceptional leadership by spearheading end-to-end operations for supplemental life and disability actuarial functions. His strategic approach encompassed pricing, valuation, experience reporting, and data analytics. In his role, he served as Chair of the Risk Management Committee, led Enterprise Risk Management initiatives, and regularly reported to the board of directors.
