Earlier in his career, Jack played key roles in several landmark mining developments including the Ekati Diamond Mine, Diavik Diamond Mine, the Jansen Potash Project, and multiple gold, copper, and iron ore developments. These projects often required sophisticated logistics planning including winter road construction, fly in fly out workforce management, and large scale infrastructure installation in extreme northern environments.

Today Jack serves as Founder and Principal Consultant of JGM Management Ltd., where he advises mining and industrial organizations on capital project planning, construction execution strategies, and project governance systems.
