Helene began her career in France with Hasbro’s Kenner Parker division, where she developed knowledge in brand management, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy. She led brand launches and promotional strategies for iconic franchises including Batman, Jurassic Park, and classic Hasbro games such as Monopoly. These early years built her understanding of sales forecasting, retail partner relations, media planning, and cross-promotions.

Her transition to then recently founded Wizards of the Coast marked a pivotal chapter in her career. She was a key contributor to the launch and expansion of Magic: The Gathering and the Pokémon Trading Card Game in Europe and helped build engaged communities of players in a fast-growing segment. She played a critical role in establishing Wizards’ presence in France and, later, throughout Europe, representing regional markets to U.S. headquarters. Her leadership helped fuel Magic’s rise as a cultural and competitive phenomenon across Europe.

Over her 20-year tenure at Wizards of the Coast, Helene became the lead architect behind the company’s global Organized Play and eSports ecosystem—one of the most innovative and complex tournament infrastructures in the gaming industry. As Director of Global Organized Play and eSports, she led a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing worldwide competitive experiences, running large-scale events resulting in higher global engagement and retention. Under her leadership, flagship tournaments such as the Pro Tour and Grand Prix became global entertainment platforms.

Helene pioneered the integration of eSports into Magic’s competitive structure, spearheaded a successful partnership with Twitch resulting in the production of more than 1,000 hours of broadcast content annually. Her initiatives expanded audience reach, enhanced player engagement, and strengthened Magic’s position in both live and digital competitive gaming. By balancing the needs of players, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders, she redefined how community engagement and brand loyalty could be built at scale.

After nearly two decades of shaping one of the world’s most influential games, Helene brought her global marketing expertise to Jazwares, a Berkshire Hathaway company. As Vice President of International Marketing, she led the strategic development of a portfolio of over fifteen brands—including Squishmallows, Pokémon, Hello Kitty, CoComelon and Star Wars—across more than thirty international markets. In addition to working with over 30 distribution partners in Europe, APAC, Middle East and LatAm, she directly led teams in Australia, Canada, and Mexico while closely collaborating on joint business plans and cross category promotions with licensors such as Disney, Warner Bros., Netflix, and The Pokémon Company.

At Jazwares, Helene strengthened the company’s global footprint through tailored marketing strategies, innovative retail activations, and data-driven assessments of brand potential across the markets under her purview. Her ability to balance storytelling with operational execution made her a trusted partner to licensors. She helped shape consumer experiences across global retail giants including Walmart, Target, and Liverpool.

Throughout her career, Helene has also been recognized for her ability to articulate vision and inspire audiences.
