Her career has been deeply rooted in the unique civic ecosystem of Canyon Lake, where she has served in multiple high-impact roles, culminating most recently in her position as Director of Corporate Administration for one of the largest private property owners associations in the state.

Harmony brings an extraordinary depth of expertise in Common Interest Development (CID) management, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, complex asset portfolios, and intricate operational systems that mirror municipal governance. At the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (CLPOA), she provided director-level oversight for a wide range of departments including corporate administration, board services, community and marine patrol, compliance, communications, and hearing services. She successfully led departments responsible for more than $7 million of the association’s $20 million annual budget and was entrusted with negotiating some of its most critical contracts, including private security and a complex lake lease pivotal to the community’s recreational identity.

Known for her strength in navigating sensitive governance issues, Harmony previously served as the association’s Public Information Officer and Clerk of the Board. In that role, she led annual elections, records and legal compliance, litigation support, and high-stakes crisis communications while simultaneously acting as the chief media spokesperson.
