Professionally, Hal has served as Controller and CFO for numerous high-profile construction firms in Southern Nevada. His leadership has been instrumental in the financial management of multi-billion-dollar development projects such as the Fontainebleau Hotel & Casino and the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Known for his rigorous financial oversight, budgeting expertise, and innovative problem-solving, Hal’s strategic thinking has consistently delivered operational success and fiscal accountability across complex business environments.
Hal’s technical mastery of accounting systems—particularly Timberline Software—has earned him national recognition. As an Honorary Life Member of the Timberline User Group, he has led educational seminars, supported hands-on labs, and contributed to user support at national conventions. His proficiency with software and custom reporting has empowered companies to streamline their financial processes and improve decision-making at every level.
In addition to his executive leadership, Hal is the founder and head of Goldblatt, Inc., a diversified company managing ventures in accounting, consulting, IT integration, graphic arts, photography, publishing, and security.
