    Currently, Gavin serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Leadership Development at Veracity in Pleasant Grove, Utah. In this role, he leads a team of over 15 professionals focused on product management, data management, and product development. Gavin is responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensures that the product strategy aligns with the company’s goals. He works closely with C-level executives, board members, and other stakeholders to drive product vision, manage budgets, and assess sprint development opportunities. Gavin’s leadership has been instrumental in guiding his team through the complexities of modern product development while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

    Before joining Veracity, Gavin held a significant leadership position as Head of U.S. Delivery for CoreXM & Research Services at Qualtrics. During his tenure at Qualtrics, he successfully led an organization of 35+ employees, overseeing pre-sales and delivery teams across multiple global regions. He played a pivotal role in building the CoreXM/DesignXM and Research Services teams, implementing standardized processes that improved pricing and margins. Gavin also led the largest Request for Proposal (RFP) in the company’s history, resulting in over $5 million in savings. His ability to streamline operations and drive cost-efficiency while improving service delivery was a key factor in the company’s success during his leadership.

    Gavin’s experience extends to operations management, where he served as a Senior Operations Manager at Qualtrics, managing over 20 project managers and two new Technology Consultant teams. He led some of the organization’s largest deployments, including projects for industry giants such as EY, Uber, and Amazon. Gavin’s strategic vision and hands-on leadership were integral in establishing global implementation practices, developing leadership talent, and scaling operations to meet the demands of growing markets.

    Earlier in his career, Gavin honed his skills at Adobe Systems, where he worked in both Enterprise Sales and Program Management. As a Senior Enterprise Account Development Manager, Gavin exceeded sales quotas and built strong relationships with key accounts, driving business value and increasing client satisfaction. He later transitioned to a Program Manager role in the Security & Compliance division, where he managed cross-functional projects related to Adobe’s security portfolio. His ability to collaborate across business units and drive successful project outcomes established him as a key contributor to Adobe’s growth and innovation.

    Gavin’s international exposure is also noteworthy. He has engaged with clients and teams in India, Mexico, Brazil, Romania, Lithuania, Ireland, Australia, and France, gaining a global perspective on business operations and product development. This experience has been invaluable in shaping his approach to leadership and strategy, allowing him to navigate complex markets and develop tailored solutions that address regional challenges.

    Outside of his professional pursuits, Gavin is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for skiing, boating, and coaching youth sports. He is deeply family-centric and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his loved ones. These personal interests reflect his values of teamwork, balance, and dedication to growth—both professionally and personally.
