At Novus International, Gary served as the World Area Director for North America, overseeing sales, marketing, and technical services for the U.S. and Canada. In this role, he led a team of 38 professionals and was responsible for strategic growth initiatives that significantly expanded the company’s presence in the animal nutrition market. His ability to integrate innovative feed solutions into the dairy, poultry, and swine industries helped Novus maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Prior to his tenure at Novus, Gary held key leadership positions at DSM Nutritional Products, where he was responsible for managing animal nutrition and health product sales across the eastern U.S. His strategic insights into poultry, swine, and dairy production allowed him to drive customer engagement and implement effective market penetration strategies. His contributions played a critical role in positioning DSM as a premier provider of nutritional solutions for commercial livestock producers.

Gary also made a significant impact at Advanced Animal Diagnostics, where he served as Vice President of North America Sales. In this role, he led the development and deployment of a direct-to-dairy sales force, introducing advanced diagnostic technology to the dairy industry.
