Published on:

Gadi Lachman is a distinguished executive whose career spans more than 25 years across healthcare technology, life sciences, data innovation, and corporate finance. Known for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to advancing global health ecosystems, he has consistently transformed organizations, scaled new markets, and inspired teams to achieve remarkable results. His journey reflects a rare blend of entrepreneurial intensity, disciplined execution, and deep operational expertise—an approach shaped early in his career as an Officer in the Israeli Special Forces, where he learned to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.

Gadi’s professional story is defined by a passion for building companies that matter. This passion came to life most prominently in 2014 when he founded TriNetX, a company that would go on to redefine how life-sciences organizations access and apply real-world data. As Founder, CEO, and President, he transformed TriNetX from a startup into the world’s leading global RWD platform, connecting hundreds of millions of patient records across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Under his leadership, TriNetX became a mission-driven organization that empowered researchers, advanced clinical discovery, and helped accelerate the development of life-changing therapies. Gadi has crafted and executed multiple inorganic M&A growth strategies throughout his career. At TriNetX he acquired four companies in multiple continents, furthering its strategic global and TAM expansions. He also created a joint venture in Japan together with the leading EMR company in that country.

Throughout more than a decade at TriNetX, Gadi guided the company through exceptional growth, establishing a highly profitable recurring revenue model and achieving major financial and operational milestones, including significant EBITDA performance and a top Rule of 40 score. He executed multiple strategic acquisitions, expanded into new continents, and built strong alliances with pharmaceutical leaders, CROs, and healthcare systems worldwide. His ability to pair strategic foresight with disciplined operational execution enabled TriNetX to thrive through periods of immense industry change, including the COVID era, where data-driven insights became essential to global public health.

Prior to founding TriNetX, Gadi held senior leadership roles that further honed his operational, financial, and strategic capabilities. At Amwell, he served as Senior Vice President of Physician Networks, where he built one of the earliest and most scalable telehealth provider infrastructures in the United States. He recruited and licensed thousands of clinicians, expanded behavioral health access nationwide, and helped shape the future of virtual care long before it became a mainstream necessity.

Earlier in his career, as Chief Operating Officer of Eliza Corporation, Gadi led a high-impact organizational turnaround that restored profitability within months and positioned the company for a successful exit. His operational leadership enabled Eliza to expand its influence in patient engagement, medication adherence, and digital health innovation. Before Eliza, he helped scale TriZetto’s operations, integrating clinical and payer data technology into broader care management strategies and contributing to the successful integration of CareKey following its acquisition.

Gadi’s foundation in corporate finance began at Lehman Brothers, where he served as an Associate in investment banking. His financial training, combined with his background in law and accounting, equipped him with the analytical discipline and deal-making fluency that continue to shape his business leadership today. These early experiences helped build the multidimensional perspective he brings to boardrooms and executive teams—balancing risk, opportunity, investment strategy, and long-term value creation.

His academic achievements further underscore his dedication to excellence. Gadi earned his MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar—an honor reserved for the top five percent of his class. He also holds both a B.A. in Accounting and an LL.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University, credentials that reflect his deep commitment to intellectual rigor and ethical leadership. His distinguished accomplishments earned him one of the highest honors in entrepreneurship: the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for New England.

Beyond his operating roles, Gadi contributes significantly as a board member, advisor, and investment partner. He serves as an Operating Partner with Linden Capital Partners and sits on the boards of TriNetX, Konovo, and PicnicHealth, in addition to supporting other confidential advisory engagements. His board leadership emphasizes strategic clarity, governance discipline, and long-term value creation—principles that organizations consistently rely on as they navigate high-growth trajectories, market disruption, and evolving regulatory environments.

Gadi brings a global mindset shaped by extensive international experience in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. His global leadership reflects a deep respect for cultural diversity, cross-border collaboration, and the shared mission of improving health outcomes worldwide. His fluency in Hebrew, combined with his global exposure, enables him to operate seamlessly across regions, teams, and industry landscapes.

Outside the boardroom, Gadi is known for his commitment to community service and his passion for aviation. A student pilot and active volunteer, he approaches personal pursuits with the same discipline and curiosity that define his professional life. He believes that leadership is a privilege—one grounded not only in results but in the ability to elevate teams, champion ethical decision-making, and create environments where people can thrive.

Today, following his transition from the CEO role at TriNetX, Gadi remains deeply engaged in advancing healthcare innovation as a board member, advisor, and strategic partner.
