His work reduced capital requirements, trade errors, and operational liabilities while delivering over €9.8M in efficiency savings and strengthening post-merger transitions for multiple asset management acquisitions. His leadership in Lean Six Sigma saw him train and certify more than 60 professionals, embedding a culture of continuous improvement across functions.
During his time at Fisher Investments, Eddie spearheaded the build-out of the firm’s first enterprise risk framework for its European business units.
