    Dan Ray is a growth-focused technology leader with over 15 years of experience driving companies from startup to acquisition, and industry leadership. Known for his hands-on approach to scaling businesses, Dan excels at building high-performing teams grounded in a culture of continuous growth.

    As co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of Shelvspace, Dan led the company from inception to a multi-million dollar acquisition, leveraging his strengths in customer relationships, product strategy, and operational scaling to establish Shelvspace as an industry leader. Previously, as Co-Founder and CTO of Streaming Social, Dan demonstrated his expertise in crafting innovative solutions that drive user engagement and fuel business growth.

    In his current role at Wiser, Dan guides global CPG brands such as Mars, Hershey, Amazon, and Whirlpool to advance their retail sales and execution initiatives through mobile technology, image recognition, and AI. He has directly consulted with C-level executives of several leading modern brands, such as Body Armor, Essentia, Kitu Super Coffee, and Sparkling Ice, as they scaled from emerging growth to acquisition.

    Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures in SaaS and CPG, Dan’s career includes pivotal roles at Ernst & Young, Apple, and Oreck. His broad experience spans nearly every business function, starting early in his career with sales, marketing, customer support and even software engineering…a foundation that continues to shape his holistic approach to business.

    Dan holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, equipping him with a robust foundation in data analytics and IT strategy. This academic background, combined with his real-world experience, allows him to drive strategic growth and innovation across diverse industries, including CPG, e-commerce, and technology startups.

    Beyond his professional pursuits, Dan is passionate about community involvement and mentorship, volunteering with local youth groups, Boy Scouts of America, and charitable organizations.
