    Dr. Dan Milner is a distinguished medical professional and thought leader with extensive expertise in infectious disease pathology, microbiology, and global health. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Milner has made significant contributions to the healthcare industry through his roles in academia, consulting, and executive leadership. As the founder of Libragem Consulting LLC, he provides specialized consulting services in areas including infectious disease, oncology, and global health, while serving as the CLIA Laboratory Director for five clinical facilities in Southern California/Arizona.

    Dr. Milner has held prominent academic positions, including Associate Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical school and currently Adjunct Associate Professor of Immunology & Infectious Diseases at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He has a proven track record of excellence in medical education, having mentored students and professionals while securing and managing multi-million dollar research grants in malaria, HIV, and other infectious diseases.

    In his role as Chief Medical Officer for the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), Dr. Milner led global health outreach programs, spearheading initiatives under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and implementing telepathology services across 16 countries. His efforts enabled millions of individuals to access critical diagnostic services, and he played a pivotal role in advancing cancer diagnostics and treatment in Africa.

    A prolific author and educator, Dr. Milner has published over 200 scholarly works and presented his research in more than 35 countries. He is recognized for his innovative approaches to healthcare leadership, focusing on financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and the cultivation of inclusive, diverse teams. Dr. Milner’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, a Master of Science in Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the UAB Collat School of Business.
