Since joining ProAmpac in 2018, he has been instrumental in maintaining business continuity through significant transitions, including plant shutdowns and asset relocations. His efforts involved creating a full product line, establishing a national distribution network, and securing product sell-through in the Home Center/Hardware Channel. Under Dan’s leadership, this initiative generated $4 million in new revenue within 18 months, cementing his reputation as a dynamic leader capable of delivering innovative solutions in competitive markets.

    Dan’s ability to drive growth and exceed expectations was also evident during his tenure as Regional Sales Manager for Reynolds Consumer Products’ Industrial Films division. There, he developed a more profitable niche demand for stretch wrap products, penetrating new markets and significantly increasing annual sales from $350,000 to $2.3 million. Dan’s efforts earned him recognition for exceeding all objectives for three consecutive years.

    In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Dan’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Printer’s Packaging Resource, a wholesale packaging supply distribution business. As Marketing Manager, Dan introduced innovative, game-changing strategies that increased market share by 4 points—an unprecedented achievement that contributed millions in profit to the business unit.
