    Currently serving as CEO of Fieldware, LLC, Chuck was appointed to lead the company through a critical transition phase, moving from a founder-led to a sustainable founder-inspired model. In his leadership, he emphasizes accountability and functional ownership across the executive team. Under his direction, Fieldware is positioned to exceed revenue goals, supported by streamlined processes and a leadership team driven by measurable outcomes.

    At Veryon, Chuck served as Chief Revenue Officer, restructuring three business units, driving a rebranding effort, and building cross-functional alignment that secured Veryon’s leadership position in the aviation and defense markets. His focus on scalable processes laid the groundwork for ongoing growth and established the company’s reputation for reliability and market focus.

    Before Veryon, Chuck spent three years with Arrowroot Capital, a global private equity firm, where he served as Operating Partner and Principal. His responsibilities included driving enterprise value and collaborating closely with leadership teams of portfolio companies. In these roles, he oversaw growth initiatives, supported organizational design, and delivered strategic guidance that was instrumental in scaling these companies for market success.

    During his 11-year tenure as Chief Revenue Officer at VelocityEHS, Chuck contributed to the company’s double-digit sales growth, drove two strategic acquisitions, and expanded the business from a single solution to a robust platform. His work in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams contributed significantly to the company’s competitive positioning and growth.

    Chuck’s early career includes impactful leadership roles at W.W. Grainger and Würth Baer Supply Company. At Grainger, he established a successful Inside Sales Center, scaling it to over 200 employees and regularly surpassing revenue targets. His role at Würth Baer involved managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

    In addition to his corporate roles, Chuck serves as an Operating Partner at Reinvent Advisors. He is also involved in community initiatives, participating in the West Bay Club grant committee and has been involved in industry associations like the Emblaze Association of Sales Professionals. His commitment to both professional growth and community involvement highlights his dedication to fostering positive impact.

    Chuck holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business from Columbia College.
