His comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes allows him to optimize efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve quality in both high-volume and high-complexity production settings.
Currently serving as Vice President of Print at Eastman Kodak, Chris oversees all equipment manufacturing, engineering, and R&D for the company’s largest business unit, which includes the Computer to Plate technologies, Electrophotographic, and Commercial Inkjet categories. His role requires adept leadership in aligning product development with customer needs and market demands, leveraging his extensive experience in commercialization and product lifecycle management to drive Kodak’s success.
Previously, Chris held the position of General Manager, Equipment and Service, as well as VP of the Print Systems Division, where he managed a $300 million P&L and supervised over 1,000 employees across various functions, including manufacturing, service, engineering, marketing, and global supply chain. His responsibilities extended across multiple locations worldwide, ensuring seamless integration and communication between Kodak’s teams to deliver consistent and high-quality results.
Chris has also managed the Corporate Real Estate function during his tenure at Kodak, where he demonstrated his versatility by optimizing asset use and supporting operational growth. His strategic decision-making and flexibility have allowed him to successfully manage both growing and restructuring business units. His ability to adapt to new challenges while remaining focused on results has been instrumental in maintaining Kodak’s competitive edge.
